pretty things
A good down day. Rode bike to Sweet Adeline with the dog and got lunch, worked on the Harrison chapter. Blown away by the old letters he sent me. Craziness.

Got a start on the carbon offset article, but it's not due till Monday. I still have the weekend, yo.

Spent three hours digging, pulling weeds, transplanting strawberries, and planting peas, brussel sprounts, celery, foxgloves, buttercrunch and red lettuce, and gladiola bulbs. Hot times.
Tonight off to see Honeycut at the du Nord.

Excitement indeed.

The reading's on Sunday. Hope you all can make it.

I will reveal multiple embarrassments. How could you refuse?

thanks! it was from peter. and tomas, thanks so much for all of your comments on tumitwram. it really helped shape it up. i'll be looking at your poems tonight.
and michelle, the very lucky person was peter. of course. and it was a book of photographs i'd taken and poems i wrote for him. i scratched the name of each poem onto each photo preceding the poem.
