Galante Vineyards

Elly and Ian and I went on a tour of Galante vineyards. We were the only folks there, by special arrangement. It was such awesome fun. Siphoning yummy Cabs out of the big round oak barrels. Descriptions of the differences between Russian and French oak. Not pouring out one dingle dang drop, because that's the way we roll.

I think this picture of Elly and Ian is simply stunning. Elly looks beatific. Ian looks purposebound. Pretty much got em on the nose.
