Hi Elka, the jelly looks oh so yummy! I always have to leave mine on the counter to admire for about a week after I make jelly or can vegies or fruit. How about you? Did you mix the rose hip juice with apple juice? xox
It looks great. Hope you're having a great Xmas Eve & will have a great Xmas tomorrow. We're in the Cities with The Twins et.al. It's been great so far. Nick's family is here as well & right now everyone is watching Little Miss Sunshine. Take care.
